At Slivas Exotics, we are a family-owned and operated farm located in the picturesque town of Eubank, Dallas, USA. Our journey in poultry farming began with a commitment to raising chickens in a way that promotes both their well-being and the quality of the meat they provide. Our Legacy of Excellence
Our legacy dates back to 1937, when Slivas Exotics Farm was founded by brothers Leo and Theo Fuchs. Over the years, the farm has evolved and grown, guided by a passion for producing high-quality poultry. In 1963, the farm was officially incorporated as Slivas Exotics, Inc., and Monroe, a dedicated member of the Fuchs family, assumed responsibility for the breeding program.
Today, the tradition of family farming and a commitment to natural and organic practices continue under the leadership of Ashley, Janet, and Teri, who joined the family business over the years. Cormier Farms remains deeply rooted in its heritage while embracing innovation and sustainability.

What We Do
Raising Poultry Naturally
Our core mission is to provide you with a healthier alternative to conventionally raised poultry. We raise Cornish Cross Broiler chickens in a free-range environment, where they have access to fresh air, natural sunlight, and the opportunity to forage for bugs. Our commitment to natural living ensures that our chickens lead happy lives, which ultimately results in superior taste and texture.
Certified Organic Feed
What you feed your chickens matters. We believe in using only Certified Organic feed that contains no GMOs. We never administer antibiotics or growth hormones, giving you a truly natural and wholesome choice for your family.
Local, Certified Processing
When the time comes to process our chickens, we entrust them to a local, state-certified processing facility. These facilities are inspected for cleanliness, and a state employee oversees the process. Our chickens are processed by hand, rinsed with fresh running water, and never subjected to the industry-standard bleach bath.
Supporting Local Agriculture
We take pride in our relationships with local feed and farm stores. Many of them source their chicks from Slivas Exotics, allowing us to support local agriculture and share our commitment to quality with our community.

More than a mobile petting zoo, an educational experience for all.
Our aim is to provide fun and educational parties, events and talks to all ages throughout the community in our hands-on sessions, which is more than your usual mobile petting zoo.
We cover educational workshops in schools and clubs with our experienced fully qualified teacher, as well as providing information for future or current owners or animal enthusiasts. We also organise animal phobia sessions, animal therapy sessions and photography sessions.
